Our senior management team has created the slogan "We are AVENTUS": the excellent team spirit which has been created despite a difficult start under pandemic conditions at AVENTUS in all areas should be further cultivated and maintained at a high level.

Our personnel management plays a central role in this. It is pursuing the goal of recognising and further developing the professional and social competences of our employees and their individual personalities. One important role is played by personal development. All of our employees have continuous access to company education and training opportunities.

We furthermore warmly invite every employee to work with management on the company’s strategy. In fixed work cycles, small specialist teams develop and realise a temporarily realistic set of sub-objectives which can positively contribute towards targeted implementation of the overall strategy of the company and, above all, to the general motivation of all employees.

We place a great deal of value in respectful communication as members of our workforce cooperate with each other. Central principles of conduct are established in general guidelines. We implement our sustainability standard in our company processes based upon the environmental management system ISO 14001. This contains requirements which must be fulfilled in our interactions with suppliers, customers and employees.
